I am using the switch word “CENTAURY MOVE ON” for cramps during exercises, while in toilet etc., it is working very well.

The above-mentioned switch words works when being in toilet and I feel I am starting to cramp up in stomach or lower regions, I chant them and it passes on. It’s a little embarrassing but thought it can help others if you are suggesting to anyone.

Today I ate just home food (dry Plantain, typical Sambar, simple Rasam and curd rice). After a while, my stomach started to feel strange, and I spat out phlegm.
Then my throat became tight, tongue started to pain a lot and ears around the cheek area were vibrating. I called the doctor. He asked me to take an antihistamine tablet.
My neck became tight and hands were feeling tingly. This seems to happen a lot nowadays. All doctors say it is allergy but to what, no one is able to figure out.
I chanted “WHITE CHESTNUT, CRAB APPLE, PINE”.
Is there some way I can find out what is causing this repeated problem and anything along with above I can chant?
Repeat the statement, “I LIMIT CUT END invading allergy”
LIMIT, END and CUT are switch words. The meaning of the above affirmation is, “I stop responding to this invading allergen”.

My right side neck is paining like hell.
You would have got the pain while working in the computer – due to improper sitting position. Anyway, it will go by itself. Meanwhile, chant the switch words, “BE ADJUST HO CRYSTAL”.
Press those places where you get the pain. It might be painful initially and at the same time comfortable. But, the pain will go sooner.
The pain went way as you said on the neck. However, I still feel the pain, around my head.
Release the memories of the pain, by doing tapping (EFT).
I tapped furiously for one hour. It went away eventually. Thanks.
Release Resistance to the pain: ADJUST, and BE unaffected (shift the consciousness)
Become happy: HO
Have clarity, not to think or get confused (trying to find the reasons for the pain), “Whether it can be this or that”
Even though the pain has gone, the memories of the pain suffered during this period will bring back the pain. You can release them by saying releasing statements or do EFT. Tapping is better as you may find it difficult to say the releasing statements when you are having the pain.
